Jack Freeman is a Vice President of Investment Banking at Objective, Investment Banking & Valuation. He is responsible for business development and deal sourcing, deal analysis and execution, structuring and negotiating transactions, and coordinating closings.
Before joining Objective, Investment Banking & Valuation, Mr. Freeman was Vice President at Janas Corporation. He executed mergers and acquisitions in aerospace, transportation & logistics, business services, and digital media. He was responsible for adopting and implementing new technology platforms across the firm. He also led the Janas junior banker program. Prior to Janas, Jack was an Associate at FMI Corporation working directly with business owners and C-suite executives, completing over a dozen transactions. Jack began his career as an Analyst with SDR Ventures, a Denver-based middle-market investment bank. He covered a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, professional services, construction, and IT Consulting.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business and completed his MBA from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University with honors.
He holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses and is a Registered Representative of BA Securities LLC, Member FINRA SIPC.
